Spievey to Start at Dallas

Rookie S Amari Spievey will get his fourth start of the season at strong safety today at Dallas. DE Cliff Avril remains inactive with a quadricep injury.

Inactives for today’s game include:

  • QB Zac Robinson (3rd QB)
  • K Jason Hanson
  • QB Matthew Stafford
  • LB Isaiah Ekejiuba
  • T Jason Fox
  • DE Willie Young
  • WR Bryant Johnson
  • DE Cliff Avril

DE Turk McBride will start at left end in place of Avril.

    really? why not activate Young the DE? Hes an explosive young player that has alot of potential???

    I think Aaron Brown should start over J. Best until his toes are COMPLETELY healed. he has no explosiveness anymore. and Brown has 21 yards in like 4 carries. Kid shows promise and i could tell Bests toe is bothering him

    Is this the signes of the futer of the lions? Is stafford done as the futer of the lions because he cant stay healthy?
