I think he would be a good sign we need a safety

No question that OJ Atogwe would be a better safety option for the Lions. I’m hoping that they are just in the process of working out a FA deal for the veteran.

32 is kinda old but bring him in and see what he’s got i guess.

He’s experienced: maybe he can teach our defensive backs something.

I still like OJ Atogwe, but any veteran presence that can help develop the young guys is an upgrade. They should still bring Atogwe back in to work out a deal.

O.J. Atogwe would be a better sign, they should pick him up and move Speivey back to corner. Then Atogwe could mentor undrafted free agent pick up from ju-co Alonzo Lawrence. That kid has a future in this league, hopefully the Lions don’t cut him.

OJ Atogwe is proven and will play his heart out for his Windsor, Ontario fans that watched him through his high school career and there are plenty of us. Lots of us season ticket holders.

Is this the best they can do…..this should have been taken care of in the draft, here comes the pr push for Aaron Berry and the other leftovers who could not cover…..

quit crying about who you think should be where the draft was perfect! yes thats right it was perfect and its along way till sept ! but yes this is the best they could do, because of the cap this year they dont have enough money to go and get a high priced talent and the still have to sign avrill that wont leave much!
