I think that the secondary has a great job considering all the injury that have piled up this year! we need to just continue wining each week and these lions will be there at the end of the regular season in the playoff’s! GO LIONS!

When they brought back Phonz and soon to come of the reserve Florence. Then you take into account the others like Green, Bently, Lacey, Houston you understand they don’t need to put him in games. We are the 7th ranked D in the league as i type this so why mess with what is working. Just let the Young man keep practicing and learning then get to participate in his first camp in 2013 then he can hit the field and light it on fire !!! I think this kid is going to be good

Jontai Green #36 and Ricardo Silva have done a real good job in the defensive backfield. I noticed Green coming up fast and making plays behind the line of scrimmage with solid tackles, and solid coverage. Silva is like having a small linebacker at Safety, and seems to have speed enough to go with his size to make stops and provide a real threat for big hits. Those two along with the addition of Ryan Broyles have seemed to spark the teams solid play.

Disappointing. I really wanted to see what he can do. All I can guess is that they must think that he isn’t ready yet to compete as he is and they cannot afford to have him learn ‘on the job’ in a tight playoff race. They can’t put him on the practice squad as he will get picked up once they release him. This stinks. And you just KNOW that a CB will go down and we will be out looking for someone…
