		<description><![CDATA[In my humble opinion, the Lions need to use this offseason to stockpile talent on the defensive side of the ball.  Clearly, we do have talent already.  It seems equally clear (at least to me) that we must have more talent if we hope to hold down our opponents&#039; scoring in the key moments of the game.

I really feel that the Lions organization and Lions fans in general (I include myself), love the great offensive explosions that players like Barry Sanders and Calvin Johnson can provide.  Yet, it is in great defense that a team achieves its best chance for continuous success.  Look at the Bears, they have had great defense and that alone has allowed them to be competitive.  The same is true of both the Ravens and the Super Bowl winning Bucs.  None of these teams could be said to have had great offensive squads.]]></description>
