This guy should be converted to RB. As a Redskins fan and watching this guy from rookie on, he does not run good routes, has not shown the speed ever, and he just never looked like he belonged in the NFL.

I am sure he has baggage, probably will come off the IR in 5 years and when he does, he will sit on the bench for a few more seasons to get development, along with all the other rookies, draft picks.. have to season them

OK, I’m wondering how fast this guy is and, if he is good at and likes catching the ball as it falls from the sky!
Because if he is good at it and likes catching those Oblong Balls and running with them as Fast as he can for as long as it takes to get to the other end of the field and jump into the ENDZONE!
Devin is a little bigger than Mel Grey, Mel was 5’9″ and weighed about 171lbs.
And Devin is 6’2″ and 215 lbs. a little heavier and a little taller, but, that Might work out giving Devin a little hitting power when he runs over whoever it is trying to stop Him before he reaches the endzone.
LOL! hear I am going on and on and don’t even know if you want him to return Kick’s or Play the WR position! (:
